THE MESSAGE OF SOUTH TYROL - OUR SPECK IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
02.06.10 | The final press conference in the frames of New European Food Safety Strategy EU project took place in Prague restaurant Aromi on 18th May 2010. The goal of the campaign was to deepen the public knowledge of South Tyrolean quality products awarded by quality seals PGI and DOC.
The representatives of South Tyrol held several lectures regarding South Tyrolean quality products and discussed with present journalists. After the theoretical part the participants had the opportunity to enjoy delicious menu containing speck, wine and apples prepared by the chef Stefan Unterkircher.
The lectures about the quality and advantages of these three products were held in particular by Dr. Sonja Seppi, Export Organization South Tyrol representative, Dr. Michael Desaler (South Tyrolean Speck Syndicate representative) and Dr. Michael Bradlwarter (South Tyrolean Wine Association representative).
